Are Your Affairs in Order?

Are Your Affairs in Order?

Many of us feel an urgency about planning for the time when we will not be able to handle our affairs ourselves. In fact, the number of Google searches for “How to Make a Will,” climbed steadily over the last fifteen years, and began to soar in April 2020, at the onset of the pandemic.

Join us on Wednesday evening, August 19, at 6:00 p.m. when Eric N. Holk, Attorney at Law and Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law discusses what we all need to know as we prepare a will or trust, including having a durable power of attorney, an advance health care directive, setting proper beneficiary designations, titling your assets and more. Eric will present an overview, and there will be time for your questions.

This program takes place on Zoom, or participants may join by phone. Registration closes an hour before the program. The Zoom access information will be sent to registered participants shortly before the program begins.
