Winter Reading Begins
Cool weather and short days are perfect for reading! The Monterey Public Library makes reading together even better with the Winter Reading Program. Between January 12th and March 14th, you can pick up a reading log at the Library or Bookmobile and track the time spent reading. Five hours of reading earns a you a free prize book of your choice.
- Read for 20 minutes a day or more
- Color in an space for each 20 minutes you read or listen to a book
- Bring your completed reading log to the Library or Bookmobile by March 14th to pick out your free book and be entered into our prize drawing.
