Take a Deep Breath: Drop-in Mindfulness Practice

Take a Deep Breath: Drop-in Mindfulness Practice

"Mindfulness ... moment-to-moment awareness, which is cultivated by paying attention in a specific way, in the present moment, as non-reactivity, non-judgmentally, and open-heartedly as possible." - Jon Kabat-Zinn

Join a guided mindfulness practice every Tuesday at 12:30 pm. Arrive when you can and leave when you need.

Rotating local teachers lead this weekly guided mindfulness practice on Zoom. Guided mindfulness practices vary from week to week between teachers.

Zoom registration closes an hour before the program. Zoom access information will be sent to registered participants shortly before the program begins. You may register once and participate every week with the same Zoom meeting access information.

Take a breath for our well-being and share this intentional practice of cultivating awareness and connection. Together, we can create a kinder, more loving world!
