Take a walk with Monterey historian, Tim Thomas and learn how important the Monterey Waterfront was to the people of Monterey. This cultural history tour of the Monterey Wharf and surrounding neighborhood will take a deep dive into the story of all those who made a living on the Monterey Bay especially those Paisanos made famous in John Steinbeck’s 1935 novel, Tortilla Flat.

Tour meets at the foot of the Monterey Wharf and is limited to the first the first fifteen people to sign up.
