Winter Service Project
Share the joy of the holidays with residents from local retirement facilities.
Participants will make festive ornaments and holiday cards that will be given to retirement community residents at our Bookmobile stops. Sew a felt star or tree, make a rag wreath and create a jinglebell ball.
This is a great way to connect with those who may be homebound during the holidays. All materials will be provided.
This project is great for groups, families and individuals. Teen participants needing Volunteer Community Service hours are invited to participate as well.
