Join us on the Library Terrace to listen to Alyssa Galicia on ukulele and Jet Yard on keyboard. Alyssa and Jet will be performing La Vie en Rose by Edith Piaf, Valentine by Laufey, and A You're Adorable by Jimmy Dorsey.

Alyssa is a member of Monterey Jazz Festival’s Regional All Star Vocal Ensemble. She has also participated in other regional and All-State honor choirs. Jet is a jazz pianist and has performed in various events across the county as part of Carmel High School’s Jazz Workshop.

MJF’s Regional All Star Vocal Ensemble, featuring talented student singers from across Monterey County, rehearses twice monthly to work on ensemble skills including phrasing, blending, improvisation, and rhythmic feel. They perform across Monterey County and far beyond while bringing great jazz music to the community. The Vocal Ensemble has performed across North America at jazz festivals and venues including the Kennedy Center, the National Archives, and Dimitriou’s Jazz Alley in Seattle.
